My goal is to promote your success. My clients are young adults who are exploring occupational and educational options, employees entering the workforce, those in midlife considering change, as well as employees who have been displaced from the workforce. I assist managers and leaders in understanding how to enhance performance- their own, as well as their employees and to promote a culture that fosters well-being. I do this with individuals, in small groups, and in larger trainings.
I bring my innate curiosity about the relationship between human behavior, career satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness to all of the work that I do. My training as a licensed clinical social worker, a certified career counselor, and a Highlands Ability Battery aptitude consultant allows me to think broadly about these relationships.
Additionally, my years of experience as an EAP counselor have provided me with a unique perspective into the world of work across various industries: healthcare, education, government, hospitality, manufacturing, finance, higher education, and retail. My style is warm and engaging, and my workshops are designed to present material in a respectful and collaborative manner.
We have utilized Liz’s services for team building, employee trainings and leadership development. I recommend Liz’s training and education to any organization seeking to improve continuously.

I am so happy that I took the Highlands Ability Battery with Liz. I reached out to Liz when I was feeling unhappy with a recent decision to change jobs. She took the time to understand my situation. When we discussed my results, she validated what I was feeling and really helped me understand how I learn and work best. Were it not for her clear, objective insights and encouraging advice about what to do next, I would not have had the confidence I needed to make a job change. I really could not be happier with my experience- I HIGHLY recommend working with Liz if you’re feeling confused or unsure about your job/career. Thanks Liz!

The employment counseling services Liz Pelissier provided to our non-profit organization helped our employees become successful team players. Her welcoming and warm style was particularly useful in addressing some challenging employee issues. Our organization will continue to consult with Liz.

Many years ago, when I was a newly practicing (and unhappy) attorney I consulted with Liz. She encouraged me to integrate my passion for writing into my career. I eventually attended Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism and for the next ten years had an exciting and fulfilling career as a journalist.
